Who is Muppeschoul?

The Muppeschoul was founded in 2021 by Fanny Rieth.
Fanny turned a long standing passion for working with animals such as dogs and horses into her job and she has received the dogtrainer diploma at the Akademie für Tiernaturheilkunde (ATN) in Switzerland after she finished her Bachelor degree in Cultural Studies.
She then added on an IBH-certified Mantrail Trainer Diploma.
Fanny lives with two Australian Shepherds, a horse and she grew up surrounded by animals.

Muppeschouls’ goal is to help create a better relationship between you and your dog and for you to get to know your dog better. This helps in gaining a deeper understanding of their behaviour and gives you the ability to fulfill their needs. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

    Dog trainer, animal lover, and curious mind. I value calm communication, enrichment, and everyday joy, and I’m happiest outdoors with muddy shoes and a good cup of coffee.

The philosophy of Muppeschoul

At Muppeschoul, training is based on positive reinforcement.

We focus on rewarding the behaviours we want to see more of. One effective tool for this is a marker signal—such as a clicker or a marker word—which helps your dog clearly understand which behaviour earned the reward.

We also believe that enrichment is an essential part of a happy, well-balanced dog. Mental and physical activities that match your dog’s needs help them feel fulfilled and make learning easier.

For training to be truly successful, it’s important that you, and anyone else handling your dog, use these methods consistently in daily life. This clarity and enrichment support your dog in becoming confident, relaxed, and eager to learn.
